We are very excited to announce the 6th printing of our recreational facility operator's manual. This manual has been widely acclaimed as the most complete in the industry.
Our latest revision includes over 200 pages of up to date information on the efficient operation of your facility. In addition to the expanded refrigeration section, this comprehensive guide includes the following new sections.
The cost is still a very reasonable $85.00 + shipping and handling. As always, 100% of the proceeds go directly into improving future facility operation manuals.
Brine leaks on the floor can be repaired without too much difficulty. The general area of the leak can be located by using a parabolic listening device or locating brine seeping through the cement.
Pinch off 3 to 4 circuits to ensure that the leaking circuit has been isolated and to allow for a margin of area in the event another pipe is punctured during excavation (this usually does occur). Once the cement is removed using a small jackhammer or Hilti tool the leak can easily be located. Have a second person attending with a wet vac to remove the debris and brine as it fills the hole. (Clean the vacuum immediately upon completion).
The leaking pipe can now be cut and spliced. The hole can be filled with quick setting grout and the cement cleaned with TSP or an equivalent cleaner.
